Return and Refund Policy
Hassle-Free Returns
We understand that sometimes clothing doesn’t fit perfectly or you may change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient return policy.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with the original tags.
Return Process:

Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service via email at info@taylorandvale.com or by phone at +31 6 13 18 85 59 to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Download the Return Form: Our return form will also include the return address.

Packaging the Return: Securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging. Include the completed packing slip and return form with the clearly marked RAN.

Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. For optimal return processing, returns should be sent to our warehouse at the following address: Attention:Consignee: Returned (Liu Changxing)
Receiving address: 3rd Floor, No. 2 Freight Elevator, YTO Express Building, Building D, No. 409 Suxi Avenue, Suxi Avenue, Jinhua City, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged or defective product).
You are responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g., size exchanges, change of mind). Please note that return shipping costs can be 55.5 euros or more, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.
Taylor and Vale does not charge any additional return fees.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The processing time for refunds may take up to 14 days.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are without the original tags.
